I started my career on the brand management path and spent seven years as an account manager/director at some of London’s best ad agencies, including WCRS, TBWA, and BBH. It gave me an amazing understanding of the business side of advertising.

After moving to Los Angeles in 2008, I switched over to the dark side and trained to become an art director. I joined the creative department at 72andSunny after going to art school at the age of 29 and putting my portfolio together. I stayed at 72andSunny for almost a decade, creating campaigns for most of the agency’s flagship clients, led the winning pitch for Uber, and in 2017 became Creative Director.

Since 2019, I’ve been a Creative Director leading the in-house creative team at Zwift, the cycling tech startup with $650m in funding. I love cycling, so this is pretty much a dream job: I get to lead the creative development and production for most of the big brand marketing initiatives and I get to manage a team of writers, designers, editors, freelance animators, shooters, social hybrid creatives / makers, and also producers. I got to concept and launch Zwift’s first global brand platform ‘Fun is Fast’, develop the ad campaign behind Zwift’s first hardware product with the ‘Jump On. Jump In’ campaign, and I’ve been lucky enough to work on many initiatives that promote diversity and inclusion in cycling.
